Vehicles like these don't often wind up on the used car market, do they? I'd love to have a bulletproof sedan! That'd be pretty different.

Why? Because they are ugly. Smart people don't buy them. If they do, they rather crash them, then resell the bloody thing. Bulletproof?? Hahaha.... That's a laugh.

I think this is because of the windows, they look strange, as they would have been reinforced.

The windows as stated but also that alloy design is unique to the security models. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on your motives, the security BMW models never end up in the public domain as used cars, the purchaser whether it be state or private will have been very carefully vetted and must sign a contract stating the car can only be sold back to BMW AG or it's representative in that country ensuring they do not get into the hands of people with ill intent! I've driven the previous Security 7, feels very weird, the doors are just unbelievably heavy.

Someone needs to tell these auto makers that when they do changes to their cars if they wouldnt cover up the emblems no one would notice.
