well, that is true... over 80% of the cars sold in brazil carry flexfuel engines for no extra cost. what doesn't make sense is... pontiacs are not even sold here in brazil. though a g6 sedan with a flexfuel v6 would be a good entry in the midsize segment.

This is why GM is at the brink of bankruptcy and begging for $25B loan. Why do they even have Pontiac still? Seriously....

Yeah flex fuel for the win and more plastic....WE HAVE 2 E85 STATIONS IN ONTARIO! Get that through your stupid head GM, start making real products not just badges that say what a vehicle could do in a perfect world, make it better for it's environment instead of wasting your $ on flex fuel tech without any gas stations...Smart would have been if you opened some bloody stations, wouldn't be begging for 25billion now.

GM better hope the G8 does very well for pontiac cuz thats the only solid car in their lineup (minus the matrix lol) and this facelift isnt anything spectacular. but I guess gm shouldnt waist their money on decent designers and quality.

wow ya'll are retarded.. Brazil has been using ethanol for longer than ya'll have been living.. they have ethaline and gasinol i belive those are the two types.. gasinol is 50/50 and ethaline is 90/10.. also ethanol and other biofuels are the future.. their the closest to our existing infrastructure and the most promissing compared to electric or hydrogen cell.. and remember all gas sold is considered E10.. go to google and look up new belgium biofuel.. and it's not GM asking for 25B alone it's GM Chrysler and Ford.. 80% of cars in brazil carry flex fuel lol thats just funny.. i guess you could really say flex fuel was invented in brazil.. also read an article in this months motor trend titled Whiter Lightning.. those are just 2 promising biofuels.. GM, Ford, and Chrysler are getting run into the ground by the UAW lets get that fact straight.. GM Ford and Chrysler carry a stigma that b/c their not japanese or german they are inferior.. who holds the record on nurburgring chrysler, which company has invested more into alternative fuels GM, if it weren't for this company you wouldn't even be able to afford a car Ford.. all in all i give ya'll a D for effort

Why is GM suffering? See above and stop blaming the unions because the unions don't authorize the buliding of this crap.
