In a week's time the world will be able to get a close shot at the new Nissan 370Z in the flesh at LA Auto Show. If the world cannot wait, there are these sneak peak images from GT-R-World which show the car snapping around in Los Angeles suburbs. Good colour too, Vibrant red, so as not to be easily missed by cameras. Those shiny discs are 19x9″ and 19x10″ Rays Forged aluminium wheels for the premium spec cars, with 245/40R19 tires up front and 275/35R19 at the back.

Up 0.2-litres from its predecessor the 350Z, 3.7-litre 370Z forges a throaty 332hp and 265 lb/ft of torque. True to Z car roots, including 350, the 370Z is a pretty practical coupe said by Nissan to swallow up two golf bags with no qualms. The rear brace has been simplified, resulting in better more space by the boot.

I still cant get used to those hideous headlights or taillight for that matter either. i dont know the design just seems of. it doesn flow to well. that last picture reminds me of the Chrysler Crossfire,

I just cant come to terms with the design of this car as MadMatter stated it doesn't flow right for some reason, the rear side window rises to aggressively and the flattened wheel arches are just to squared off and the head lights too, but depite that, i bet it is a beast with its new 3.7l v6 and refined transmisson, i wonder how the VKdd 4.5l v8 engine would go in this???

i used to have a 350Z when it just came out, it was head-turner everywhere i go. but this new 370Z, i did like it first but it's kind of growing on me.

Nissan will probably give it a facelift after it's first year when they realise what a mistake they made with the styling like Subaru did with the bug-eye Impreza.

great car, bolder and even more personal than the outgoing one, even funnier to drive too.. i just hope there are other wheel designs available (sports packs and so on) *thumbs up*

The engine bay, trunk, and interior look much more clean. My problem are still the headlights, but mainly i hadn't realized how HUGE the door handles are. UGLY completely turned me off from buying this car until they make a more discrete handle, like the body is so smooth and rounded, and then they stick those huge handles on the side..that stick out like dumbo's ears.

its growing on me. but i have to agree with radmeister, those handles are ugly for sure from what we can see. reckon they should be better in the flesh though
