LA Auto Show 2008 will be the scene where the new 2010 Lexus RX is seen for the first time in a world premier moment. After a number of spy pictures, videos and leaked images, we will finally witness the rebirth of this best-selling SUV in the metal, no plastic covers, no anti-spy security.
Two models, RX 450h hybrid and RX 350, are the ones gunning for the spotlight. A number of other cars from Lexus are expected too, starting with the IS Convertible (already a Paris debutant) and also joined by the 2009 LS 460 and LS 460 L all-wheel drive (AWD), the only sedan in the lineup appropriate for looming Stateside winter. The IS Convertible comes in IS 250C and IS 350C choices, given 2.5-liter 204hp and 3.5-liter 306hp V6s respectively. Roof mechanism is a three-piece aluminum suit that speedily relieves roof of its duties, transforming the IS into an instant topless wonder. Tune in on November 19 to see all these desirable cars right here.
