With the exciting conclusion of the 2008 Formula 1 season yesterday, we are very excited to announce that WCF will be offering daily news updates for the 2009 season on and off the track. Already we have filled up our F1 category with dozens of stories since the beginning of this month. Stories will be updated fast and heavy with approximately 8 to 25 stories per day, 7 days per week. So if you're a serious Formula 1 fan, sign up for the F1 RSS news feed so you don't miss out. Otherwise, you can keep an eye on the F1 Latest Stories widget which is located down the right side margin of almost every WCF site page.

Less than a week ago we launched our latest site redesign with mixed reactions. Following through on your feedback we have changed the background colors of the comments section, relocated an ad unit out of the main page headlines and another ad unit out of the comments sections. We will continue to reevaluate our ad strategy with the goal of relieving page congestion.

Whether you're looking up a specific story from the past or just keeping up with your favorite subjects, we have added more categories to our navigation menu to help you dissect WCF even further. These new categories include:

  • Alternative Fuel
  • Awards
  • Design
  • Diesel
  • Electric Vehicle
  • Entertainment
  • Facelifts
  • Gadgets
  • Hybrid
  • Hydrogen Vehicle
  • Lifestyle
  • Nurburgring
  • Pricing
  • Production
  • Records (World)
  • Special Editions
  • Supercars
  • Teasers
  • Video Games

As always, you can reach us through our feedback[at]worldcarfans.com email. We depend on your feedback and strongly encourage you to share your thoughts and comments.

Equally important are your story tips. Please feel free to send them to tips[at]worldcarfans.com.

i like people who adapt to feedback! i mean i guess its the point of it right? but theres still a lot of people that would just try to defend why certain things are done, rather than just change them! :) i like it!

well done WCF, i like the way you listen to your users and take into condsideration what we think, but i still would like an edit button if it isnt to much to ask
