well, 800 lb. ft i think is around 1100nm. make the math. imagine this think getting into production and hennesy tuning it for 1000 bhp, as they did with the viper. wow

560 lbft...mmm you can translate it as carry 3.5 ton easyly...torque is strenght...brut force, an easy explain its you get pushed to your seat when you accelerate and power its force * speed or RPM and you can "see" it on Kph or Mph
American engines since long time have a lot of torque ant it must have a lot of it to move A/T instead europeans cars have always chose manual gearbox
