Think the car has "mediocre sporting credentials"... for that very reason: It is a mediocre sporting car! Call a spade a spade!

Lexus - The number one manufacturer of fake sports cars, and fake luxury cars. The biggest car manufacturer to never come up with an original idea.

To a degree I can't knock Lexus as far as the luxury claims go. They produce products that deliver what many people consider to be luxury (quiet, soft rides, etc.) and have done a good job at it. A good enough job to give the main luxury players a run for their money. However, a sports car Lexus is not. This attempt to pep up the IS250 simply seems a day late and a dollar short. No matter how they tweak it, this is a luxury company and not a sports company, so the cars will always feel this way compared to the competition.

Not true... Some Lexus? are fitted with a sleep warning device! (A first!) Pretty much sums up the Lexus driving experience! :)

Wierd, why so long to implment such basic and obvious choices? Love to see more on this in the future. Like the look of the Is250's a lot.
