+1 for a cool interior, exterior however... meh seems like an average family sedan, that is not really a bad thing though.

i agree the interior is nice although i think it will be made with cheap materials, but the exterior is really unattractive. the concept art is cool but the ykept the lights then put a normal body around it and it just doesnt work.

The interior does look alright. I can't help but feel it is heavily "inspired" by Acura/Honda. (The curve of the dash, the color contrast..the silver double spokes at the bottom of the steering wheel..)

The steering wheel looks exactly like the Civic's. For years I was convinced GM had a Department of Ugly Steering Wheels, so at least they've learned to copy a nice design here and there. I wonder if it's as uncomfortable to hold as the one in the Malibu, which looks lovely but has a sharp ridge around the rim right where the heel of your hand goes.

Now this is nice, much better looking than the cobalt, which it will be replacing. I can totally see this on the road.

The best idea chevy could have is to copy honda/acura. the last 2 small chevy cars, the cobalt and cavalier, were horrible. they rattled, they were ugly, not to mention that fit and finish were crap. now that chevy can't ride the large suv and pickup to the bank its about time they crank out some cars that people may actually want to purchase.

SO you like any car over the price range of 40,000...Thats great if you have the cash but my guess is you don't. This chevy is really nice...And it will be made of some great materials. The hardest thing for chevy is not there design (the have designers that are fully capable and some of the best) but the stigma of it being a chevy. They are good cars now and frankly i think this looks better than the crazy NASA interior of a civic. They both have boring exteriors

..the cruze is one of chevrolet's new direction in the global market, they need this kind of car, this car actually looks good if you compare it to the conservative styling of the corrola, the cruze is much sleeker..

corolla..

From the USA: Looks much better than the Corrolla, and even the Civic and our Focus. The interior as far as design is better than those three as well, and we can only hope that the quality control that went into the current Malibu will carry over to this car. Now they just need a two-door model. That would be pretty hot looking.

Looks pretty good for a Euro-Chevy, but interior looks like if was pulled out from a fiesta.

Interesting to see this. Not too bad on the eyes either, even though I'm curious about that textured looking material on the dashboard. I wonder how it will compare in the dynamic, refinement and tactile feel departments? These are some of the (many) areas GM has struggled with in the past. However, it seems like GM is FINALLY starting to be serious about building decent cars. Not a moment too soon is an understatement.
