bad rendering imho, they took the A1 front and put it on a VW up! platform. the real micro car should be much smaller, this one has almost the size of the upcoming A1.
so better wait and see for the first test mule to get an impression of the size.

i don't really understand the point of these "rendered speculations". they're just car exteriors designed by people that have nothing to do with the actual car brand. it's the same as if i drew up a rocket and then claimed "this could be the next-gen ICBM the Russians are planning." it's just stupid. kthanksbye.

but this is like rumours in showbiz magazines spicing up for fans, although I have to totally agree with you!

Agreed, Kepe... And most of the time they don´t have any clues about it!

Are you all Audi fans r what? everything the Audi come up with is beautiful. To be honest, this is bloody ugly! Ithought it was a Yaris facelift when I fist saw it. I suppose without Audi, no body would realise how good BMW is or how successful Merc is. Nice try

Umm, no-one here has said anything that would suggest that this is a beautiful design. You just seem to be an Audi hater. And no, this is not an ugly design.

I love Audi.
But this, it's ugly, and yeah it does remind me of a Yaris.
VW stop watering down the Audi brand. I've just ordered a new 09 A3 Sportback, here in the UK Audis are very popular but fairly expensive, I have found the whole experience very unpleasant, the dealership is very rude and arrogant, thinking this is what Audi customers want, newsflash, it's not, Mercedes and BMW customer service is much better but the cars aren't...

i have a friend who owns a mercedes and he says that the customer service is absolutly dreadful
September 23, 2008 11:27 pm
this doesnt look very audiish, the only thing that looks audiish is the grill...

If the Audi's own made viz for A1 is just beautiful than this is not just ugly, That car is pointless just in that company. Audi/VW/Skoda/Seat/Porsche/Lamborghini - hahaha have no need for this.
Kepe, right! That one is not a speculation on next rocket but speculation on next lousy terrorist handgun rather.

Actually Mercedes in Chicago has excellent customer service, they are extremely friendly and helpful (outside of downtown of course). I owned an Audi and had the worst experience with salespeople and spent hours on the phone trying for resolution with customer service.

looks stylish! I love the headlights :) (except the 2-levels-looking-cut-in should be removed). anyway, it's only a rendering...

The only platform suited 4 emergent electric-car market in VAG group is the one of vw plus. They added the Q-range grill(abnormal 4 an electric car, but hey is the new face of audi). About the rendering...is only marketing: ugly face @ start and start build on it a more plesant face.

Oh dear. Yes, ownership experience of any vehicle is made or broken by franchise Dealerships. My ownership of Audi here in almost the last outpost of Western civilization (New Zealand)., is excellent right from the sales team handover of the vehicle to the "back office" (service dept)for the annual mechanical check ups. From what I've read in overseas journals it appears that in the UK in particular inconsistent levels of Dealership for many new car brands leaves a lot to be desired. Totally agree that when purchasing a "premium" brand the Dealership must go that bit extra distance to give customer satisfaction in order to retain brand/customer loyalty. The Audi concept. Ill reserve my views until it becomes production near reality. I presume that platform and certain similar shared panels between the VAG products will keep costs contained.
