Despite the Camaro being unveiled almost 2 months ago, it wasn't until last week that GM cheekily released a single image of the range topping Camaro SS. Now they have finally caught up with themselves and have issued seven new photos. Now we can get on with our lives...

The SS is distinguished by its raunchier front bumper fascia with mail slot in the top, SS badges on rear and grille. Add the optional RS appearance upgrade and the SS gets HID headlamps with integrated halo rings, spoiler, specific taillamps and 20-inch wheels

Finally, a nice marro. It's gorgeous! The only Chevy car I'd ever want to own... plus the Vette too.

Nice, altough those early images of the Mustang seem a bit more modern. Both cars are good anyway.

the car looks amazing, the front diaginal shot looks mean. I give you that that the new mustang looks like ford is actually doing a good job, but it wont touch this the SS Looks bad!

That may be because they are two different cars made by two different car makers.

Very very nice!

Pricing info? If it has been announced, should people wait until they are on the used car lot after 3 years?

joe_limon - this starts at $19,000??? Thats about £10,000 - approximately Chevy Matiz money in the UK!

you need to remember it's going to be imported to the UK, so there's no way it will cost £10'000.
