Wald Aero Kit for BMW E90 3-Series

For the E90 BMW 3-Series sedan, Japanese tuning company, Wald International, has released another new body kit which follows the same hard edged look with louvered styling elements previously seen in the recent Bentley Conti GT Black Bisson Edition and Mercedes C-Class Black Bisson Edition. Despite the resemblance, Wald has decided not to give this 3-Series a Black Bisson Edition designation but instead a simpler WALD E90 Sports Line name.

Whatever you want to call it, the body kit includes front bumper fascia with dual fog lamp projectors, side skirts, rear bumper fascia, luggage lid spoiler and exhaust system. Also seen are WALD's latest wheel set, MAHORA M11C, 19 x 8.5J in the front with Face dish 1 and 19 x 9.5 for the rear with Face dish 3.

I simply love these jap-blokes...they play really nice with our euro-toys. Honestly, Wald is one of those posh players with their own style. Nice to see small Bimmer tickled by their fingers.

I like the kit, but up front i'ld delete the fog lamps. The rear diffuser isn't the nicest i've seen but in real life it probably looks pretty good. Nice stuff, i personally like Wald.

These are vanity shots, and still the kit looks cheap. And things only look worse in the metal. I understand making the best of a bad situation (I thoroughly dislike the looks of the current 3-series sedan), but why would anyone opt to do to a respectable -- albeit ugly (imo) -- German sedan what one would do to an economy sedan? Decorative tinsel belongs on Christmas trees, not a 3-Series. Lastly, large, open rims look absolutely ridiculous with stock brakes.

Totally agree with you, especially the bit on the stock brakes...ARGHHH....I hate that so much. My philosophy is always upgrade the hardware (including brakes) before doing any bodykits. But atleast this one is not as bad as the Black Bison C Class... The old Wald stuff was pretty clean and nice...but these latest two are making me wince.

I feel sick looking at this car. This thing looks like something off of the video game Need for Speed.

Awesome game. I've got a gold SLR. (And here I am, complaining about Wald's 3-series Aero Kit.)

Way too aggressive for a WALD kit! I remember back in the days when I had a Mercedes CL and WALD was one of the only 2 body kits I would've considered (that and Kleemann). WALD used to be all about elegance, "executive" style & perhaps a hint of VIP inspiration. what they are offering lately is the absolute opposite end of the same spectrum! this body kit is as loud as the IS-F & Lorinser kits! not my cup of tea.

I just noticed that the rear diffuser is not even functional! The holes are just colored matte With a different rear bumper and side skirts and you got yourself a much better looking kit, the rest is actually quite decent.

They should call it the "C63 look'a'like edition"...but crap

Nice rims and fog lights. Not sure about the C class AMG body kit though......

Lovely front and sides. Rear doesn't do anything for me. Rims great and unique but require a fat lip to make them much stronger. Totally lost at present on a car this size. Overall, good stuff.

Love the rear lights, that is how BMW should've made them look. Don't like the bodykit tho...

Kits make these cars look so cheap. This has to be the worst kit I've seen yet. C'mon seriously, BMW sportspack looks so much classier. Any kit I have ever seen on any car has detracted from the original in an uninspiring way. Why do they keep doing it. Kits belong on boring Jap cars.

Where does one get the rear lights? I've seen them on a few cars and that is the only way I would consider getting the 3 sedan otherwise I might just have to opt for the coupe.

The rest of the car is fugly... the rims look good but I agree that the brakes should be upgraded accordingly. Nothing looks better than a piece on a car that actually serves a purpose.
