Chevrolet Equinox Spied With a Little Less Camoflage
These latest shots of the 2010 Chevrolet Equinox prove the model is closing in on the end of its development and the start of production. For the first time we get to see the model without the black clad camoflage which had obscured our view of the front end styling in the past, instead it uses some light black and white zebra stickers.
The latest shots confirm that the new Equinox will feature many of the design characteristics already seen on the all-new 2008 Chevy Malibu, we also get our first look at the previously hidden C and D pillars as well as the shape of the windows.
Production starts in March of 2009 at the CAMI facility, with sales following shortly afterwards.

Looks good. It has more character and looks more refined than the present, overly conservative design.

It looks much smaller than the 1st gen to me. It also looks more like a Pontiac Vibe-meets-Saturn Vue than an Equinox. I'm just not sure about it yet...

I'm not feeling the headlights, i dunno, they just seem not right for the mini-suv.

the model name is too cool for such a common looking plastic product. way too sophisticated.

the old nox needed more refinement. If they want sell more they will have to improve the interior and clean up the driving characteristics. The pictures make it look a lot like the Vue and that's a good thing.
