why watch out?
it will cost 3-4times more than a rapide or panamera but it won`t live up to their standards.

will it have enough leg room in the rear. and unless it has a decent sized boot or clarkson will hate it and go on about a bad car companie

u are kiddin mate. it will be more powerful yes ( although porsche is planning a 700-800BHP panamera as well), but it won`t be anywhere near the quality, comfort, interior- finnish etc. of a porsche or aston martin.
but that won`t be a problem cause customers are willing to pay for it because of it´s exclusivity not it´s grade of perfection.

The source, CarMiddleEast, suffers the same journalistic incompetence as WCF. They ambiguously stated there will be a new V8 in the four-door Koenigsegg, and the new vehicle will be made entirely from carbon fibre. Deacon must have misinterpreted the article, believing the new V8 to be made entirely from carbon fibre. It is an honest mistake, but not one an automotive journalist should be making.

We already have such powerful four door coupe on market. Brabus CLS Rocket goes a little over 362 km/h. The only difference is they use V12 and have little more bhp. This will be direct competitor too Brabus Rocket.

How Come, ppl are saying that it would be a competitor to Brabus Rocket, it has been mentioned in the pargraph that it is the fastest 4-Door (Un Modified ) Saloon :) .... although the M5 - Hartge is the Fastest Saloon on the planet with 368 ( new test claimed 402km/h )

It will be the same as Panamera is, a image crusher. it cant look good and it can actually practical. people who buy a Koenigsegg can afford more than one car, so they can have a CCX and a 4 door car and. So a useless 4 door will be useless. besides it has the engine in the middle you cant possiby fit your children there unless they make a 1.4 litre 4 cylinder engine with 700bhp. Whats the deal with all the ultimate sportscar companies making 4doors nowadays. Why cant they just stick at what they know best. Im getting of everybody following eachothers footsteps.

They should probably leave a good thing alone and come up with a compleatly new architecture, committed soley for the purpose of being a family sedan. Not slashing into something as great as the CCX.

I can only imagine how distastrous will it look :/ Aston and Porsche may have done their job but somehow I can't believe in Koenigsegg's succsess.

Maybe Koenigsegg, should branch out into the SUV market, or maybe the Estate market!!! HA Ha. What a ridiculous idea to have a four door family car from Koenigsegg. They should stick to what they are brilliant at...Lightweight superfast supercars for the super rich !! Come on honey..let's hop in the Koenigsegg and drop the kids off at Soccer Practise !!! HA HA HA!!

You know, that's what people said about Porsche when they announced the Cayenne. Whether you like it or not, it's been a huge financial success. For those of us who want a fast car but who still need room for kids, it's always nice to see another alternative to those already on the market. Besides, competition makes for more interesting options ;-)
