Audi RS6 Sedan Unleashed Ahead of Paris Debut

..finally the RS sedan...in the present it is the most powerfull in its class...can't wait for the drive test

Looks like we have another winner in the german d1ck measuring contest... Audi won last round also, when the RS6 had 450bhp beating the M5's 400 and E55's measly 367. The car got critiqued for the weight and slow automatic. It seems Audi didn't correct these problems but in turn decided to make them features. Good, now Audi fanbois will start spreading the word of how good extra weight and archaic gearboxes really are :(

So... which car in this class is not heavy? Yes, it is a little bit too heavy, but you get the best 4WD in this segment. Also, keep in mind that regardless the weight problems this car will have super mpg compared to the competition. ;) I know it's not the most important figure to bring up, but it shows how well this car is made.

Soo... this car looks great? hell no, it still looks the same as that A6 face lift bar the mag rims and worse still it looks like an identical lost twin brother to the new A4. Why did they not make this car at least look a bit like the A5 which honestly is the best Audi formula besides the R8. This is not a Wow job at all unless if you are really in a country with very old cars and that time of 4.5 seconds 0 to 100 is no big achievement for a turbo charged V10 infact it's an underacheivement considering that the Jap cars are acheiving better times with less cylinders. So what big acheivements are in this RS6 sedan? The Avant is still a far better car than this cloned'A4'sedan.

Which jap car is faster in this segment if there is one? And which one is built with better materials? No way in hell. This is better looking than any jap car.

this has got to be the hottest sedan ever. What's with the rear end, is it the one that will be in the next generation A6? One thing to say..E63 and M5 killer, most likely.

I'd still choose M5 for the driving expierence. Only if I lived in Scandinavia the RS6 would be my choice!

I have to admit...this is an all around great car. This coming from a major BMW fan.

To Norther , you have no fu*cking clue what you are talking about , 1st the 1st e55 was 361 HP you IDIDOT and 2nd come to NY only young rich clubbing , racing , partying , money having people drive amg's and who drives audis ? mostly loosers that would also drive a volvo , so dont say it's for old people , the rs6 is a nice car and no doubt about it, but the next e63 thats coming in the beggining of next year still will be a totally different class , and even if audi will build another rs6 by then , they still wont catch up just because auidi is taking way too long , and all the modells look fckn same , yes s5 is gorgeous , but take cl63 and you just can't compare them especially in build quality your talking about so much , and audi will never compare to the benz no matter what any one sais.

I think this car look absolutley stunning! From inside out, there are no complaints from me, judginng by these photos. However I do have one small problem.... The rear end (tail lights to be excat). The backside of this car looks a lot like it's little brother(A4/RS4). I know, I know, they are infact Audis together and some similarities are allowed, but really, from a distance or at night time driving, you can hardly tell the 2 apart. Only until you get to a close enough proximity to be able to read it's badge. All in all, a little more individuality among the classes, series, ranges or however they reffer to them as, could not hurt.

It looks LOST :)) , no really , you know when you get the felling when you look at a standing car and it looks like it's moving, well when i first saw the pictures my first impression was that the car looks look like it's lost. LOST in exterior design(same weeping bug face and at the back... a slapped A4 taillights and design ) LOST at the interior (it's supposed to be a serious/luxury sedan with neck breaking speeds, not a carbon fiber, no sport wheel ...no bucket seat's - that look gorgeous -- BUT NOT ON A LUXURY SEDAN). The whole idea of the overpowered luxury sedan was lost... and now that I think... i don't think they had it in the first place. The engine... big WOW - let's "take" the Lambo V10 and slap on some good turbo's as they learned from their older more metro brother the Bugatti. And what did they achieved by doing that...except the whopping 4.5 seconds that no one cares anymore except some geeks over the internet that race their cars over the internet with sites ... they achieved the international "pi**ing in the wind" award now that everyone will have to match and overcome their power only for marketing reasons... starting with BMW that already have a V10 with about 80 bhp and 100 Nm behind(naturally aspirated). So the really bitter question is... What's next... A1 ...the sportclubs oor something that will really hold water(maybe the V12 from the Murcielago :P ). Well in short... i like the interior ..it's gorgeous but I'm refusing the idea that this interior belongs actually to an RS6. The engine is great but fake, exterior design still Audi crappy... a car that brings out a kind of metro(buyer) that I'm afraid to meet.
