Secret Jalopnik.com scoop sensation, code named Deep Throat Auto Insider, has revealed the complete truth regarding the captivating Corvette-like vehicle that has mysteriously made appearances on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen sequel film set. Squashing rumors that the vehicle is the next C7 Corvette, Auto Insider proclaims it is GM's Corvette Centennial Design Concept. Set to coincide with GM's 100th anniversary, the concept merges design elements from GM muscle cars such as the Stingray as well as Camaro, as seen in the wide open front grille. The Corvette Centennial Design Concept is expected to make it's official debut next prior to the Transformers film release. The image above, exclusively obtained by Jalopnik.com is the Corvette Centennial Design Concept clay model.

I like the present vette much more than this. This is ugly. Its too sloppy. It looks like a car comming out of another car. no one likes to see a baby comming out of a womb thats disgusting lol.

"baby coming out of a womb" .. can i have w.e you are smoking? sounds like its doing a number on ya!

That concept looks great! might change the grille, and have slightly larger side mirrors (dont u think they are a lil too skinny?) ... besides this will never come as shown, it would be tonned down quite a bit. But have to admit i see a throw back to the stingray ....

It's a shame that wasn't the next vette. With some modification that would make a killer c7. Oh well if i get disappointed by what they don't with concepts then i will never like a new car again.

It is as ugly as a bucket of smashed crabs, which makes it a perfect choice to be the next vette. It should be badged as a stingray, it is that awful. There are enough guys with this sort of taste (and some with this kind of need for lengthening) to make this thing sell typical vette numbers.

I love the lines, the shape, the balance... this would be a huge improvement to the ancient Corvette design that is out right now.
