lol, that looks like a barrell on wheels. Looks absoulutely weird...
btw, it looks nothing like a 2CV, so don't call it one. Call it the Barrell car.

looks bold, more like a concept car...
but why not, we need this, especially when today all cars look too much alike.

tp, I agree its bold...
I don't think they should call it a 2CV, only the face resembles the original 2CV, the rest of the car is totally unrelated.
The most distinctive feature of the original 2CV aside from the flat sides is the ARCHING ROOFLINE, sort of like the one on the New Beetle.

FANTASTIC! Who's seen Short Circuit 2? Remember at the end when Johnny 5 is shown plated in gold? This concept reminds me of Johnny 5. And that makes it awesome. I think I even still have those movies on VHS...

I think this is a great concept car. It makes most of the esoteric Japanese concepts in this realm pale in comparison. There are touches like the front clip that I'd like to see in production.

4.2 metres long?
Is this a contender for somekind of esoteric french game show?
'Supersize my small car' maybe?
It's a very innovative concept, very interesting to look at, but only remotely connected to the original. To me it looks like something straight out of a Manga film.
Where's our resident car designer, ShinyG?

Oh dear... It sure is ugly, just as the original 2cv. But that's about it. It's just ugly.

barrel on wheels... a very appropri8 term.. the 2cv was ugly and vulgar... the reason why cars look they way they do today is because 1. that's what sells and because 2. it looks good... i hope they don't waste an ounce of our planet's capital trying to make this car.

This has nothing to do with the 2CV.Citroen know their job. They make very nice and attractive small cars so there is no place to worry.I'm sure if they bring back the 2CV to life(if they do - just think where should it belong? Between the C1 and C2 ??? so I'm not very optimistic...)they'll do a noce job.

It is obvious that this thing not a result of industrial design protsess. This Citroen is a result of method by which are things made in Hollywood studios, just scenery - or script leaded narrative has been materialized.

i feel sorry for some brands that these 'designers' choose to volunteer their designs.

man, why are you so negative about that one? it's obvious it's just a design study. i think it's ok to think a little bit outside the frame. i don't like the rear view very much. a windowless car in this part of the market wouldn't stand a chance. but the front and the side are pretty promising.
at least it is something really new.

It is really cool car if it created for the next series of "Star Wars" for example to move by some fishy blob big gaboooomas from one place to another.

Remember the 2CV was a revolution (as were many Citro?ns). But that was 1946. Times have changed and a new revolution should not imitate an old myth. Physically it may not be a new 2CV, but the idea behind it is still the same: think laterally. I love it!
