Within 24 hours of his victorious privacy suit last week worth £60,000, Max Mosley has followed through on libel proceedings against British tabloid newspaper, News of the World, for their reports of the FIA president's alleged involvement in a Nazi themed sex orgy.

"Following his successful privacy claim, and the attempts by the editor and staff of the News of the World to devalue the outcome of that claim, Mr. Mosley will now be pursuing a claim for damages and aggravated damages in relation to the defamatory allegations in the April 6 edition of the News of the World."

The secretly-filmed video footage, which was reported by NOTW as "truly grotesque and depraved," was published on its web site showing Mosley participating in a Nazi themed sadomasochistic role play sex orgy with five prostitutes at a rented Chelsea basement flat.

Although, Mosley admitted the S&M session took place, he added that it was consensual and private, with no Nazi overtones.

NOTW reported in an interview with the prostitute who filmed the event that she claimed there was a Nazi theme in their S&M role playing. Additionally, the newspaper article claimed that Mosley was a liar for denying the prostitutes claims.

In a turn of events, the High Court ruled there was no evidence of a Nazi theme, and the prostitute has now changed her story by confirming to Sky News there was no Nazi element.

"I know for a fact, that it was spoken about, that Max actually found it quite a turn-on to speak to them in German," she said. "He liked the German language. It was prison uniforms because we were doing a German prison scene. But it wasn't Nazi."

With the victorious privacy judgment and the prostitute changing her story about a key element in the case, Mosley is well positioned for retribution.

Furthermore, Mosley is also pursuing legal action against German newspaper Bild in which Mosley seeks one million Euro and an additional 500,000 Euro from the newspaper's online edition in damages for their reports.

Why would somebody else's sex life possibly affect you enough to make you angry? Jesus, you wanna just stick a scarlet letter on him and burn him at the stake for good measure? His sex life is his business, and yours is yours...and speaking of yours, I've never met anybody who's professing outrage at somebody else's sex life that didn't have something they wanted to hide about theirs.

I really think both parties should keep their mouth shut rather than lashing to each other. It's pointless now since it doesn't make both of them looked good and it doesn't help motorsport either.

Ditto, si1982; he probably is getting off on these comments. How do you all feel now? You're helping this sick fcuk get his rocks off. Good for him, nonetheless. A person's sex life should remain private, even if it is adulterous, a tad adventurous, and with hired partners. At least we've learned a good lesson from all this: Mosley knows it's not sex until you draw blood. Max Mosley: Keeping it safe, sane, and consensual.

what he does with his model of the world is his business, as long as no harm is done to another or pushed against their free will it should mater.

The more he pursues the other papers in the courts the worse it will be for him in the end.

I find it absurd that some of you condone the use of WW2/Nazism for somebody's sexual pleasure.

I couldn't care less what perverse sexual acts he had, but when you defile the death of millions of people, that's where I draw the line.

The article says there was no Nazi element to the sexplay. Still, it is good to know you draw the line at pissing on the graves of holocaust victims. =P I'm sure we'd both draw the line a bit sooner, bud.

I was mostly referring to the death of thousands of your countrymen who died on the shores of Normandy, but the way you're defending this twisted individual makes me think you are a frequent at one of his clubs...

He is exacting revenge in the best way he knows. Trust me, if I had the money to teach all those people that had ruined me in some shape or form, I would do the same. He may be an idiot, but his sex is his business. Still do not like him mind you.
