i like it =]. it has presence, and looks like something that should be on a track more than the roads.

Hyundai is a very good company. They clearly deserve to be on top 5 of the world. They are following the same path that Toyota used to become No.1 and they're going just fine! If some of you try to forget their automotive ignorance for a minute, then you may realize for example that the latest Hyundai Sonata is a better choice than Toyota Avensis. Quality is not an issue for Hyundai anymore, it actually isn't since the 80's. So PLEASE feel free to compare cars without fear or favor.

I don't understand why ppl hate on tuners so bad...they do what they do for a reason...put a stock genesis on the track and it would get eaten alive...cars are tuned to bring out their full peformance ability...aside from that, body kits don't come standard...don't like them...don't buy them, but don't give others a hard time for trying to differentiate

That being said, Hyundai should focus on what it does best - provide cars for people who simply want to get to point A to B on a shoestring.

I respect Hyundai! and like someone said earlier about them following the path of Toyota they are doing the same thing. I don't understand why people think the Genesis can't perform! the high end model has a v6 with 300 horses/the nissan 350z has a v6 with 306 horses the hyundai has slightly larger dimensions but very close and with that alone you CAN'T say it won't perform! someone said they would get eaten alive. Did you do a comparison in MotorTrend magazine that we don't know about please share but if not and you didn't see a video on youtube of this car getting eaten alive by a 350Z don't speak just deal with the facts, if you don't like the car, cool, leave it at that. They are trying to expand their line-up and even if they did make a car to out perform a EVO and Z Noneone would give them any credit. Public perception is a mother! No matter what they do at the end of the day you'll get the comment "but its still a Hyundai"

I drive an '02 Elantra....and you wanna know something ? it'll be a cold day in hell before i'ld ever think of driving its competition, SX2.0, Cobalt, G5...decent cars but Hyundai is better. Watch how big Hyundai is gonna get, just watch. Ohh and the car is nice, however what Rhys Millen did to it is just ugly.

It's a 350z/TT rival, not a Mustang rival. I wonder if this will come to the UK. No biggie if it doesn't. I like the standard Coupe's design alot.

My oldest american car has over 160,000 miles and still looks like new and runs almost as well as it did when it was new.

This car is so low and cheaply make that it wont last that long and if it does it will look like a wreck before it reaches the 100'000 mile mark.
