"Although some critics have stooped so low as to compare the X6 to the atrocious Pontiac Aztec" that is a horrible comparison... you would be better off comparing the Dodge Nitro with the MB GLK. After all both look like crap, and knowing the ex mb chrysler relationship, they probably would have fairly similar chassis.

Sales speak volumes than critics who stoop so low. The X6 will out sale the SUV's being X5, ML and the Q7. It's a different breed that the rich would love to have a car that looks like an SUV but handles like a sports car. This is a much better car than a dropped suspension SUV. This niche was always there to exploit but i gues most car makers were blind or rather one dimensional.

I love the car too so be it, if Audi and Merc do make cars like the X6 then they are bigger Copy cat knumbskulls than Macain.
