lol. And what's the big secret underneath all that camouflage? Something we've never seen before? Sure... can't wait to see this one!

American Ford will always suck no matter what they put in it. All they have to do is make european versions of the cars in United states and the cars will sell like hot cakes.

That's exactly what I've been saying for years now, the (euro) focus, mondeo, Kuga, and Fiesta, heck even the ka, they would all sell very well over here

I've never understood why American car companies always think Americans like vehicles with floaty suspensions that handle terribly. Lately it seems like they are starting to figure this out but it may be too little too late.

Let's clear up some things. The Ford Taurus will use Ford's European design influence but it will not be an American version of the Ford Mondeo. The future North American Ford Fusion (not the European Fusion) will eventually turn into the American version of the Mondeo (EUCD platform). The new Taurus is supposed to use a modified version of the Ford D3 platform (a.k.a. the Volvo P2 platform). Correct me if I am wrong but the Ford CD3 platform and Volvo d-platform are one and the same (although tweaked by Volvo). This is why the European Ford Focus ST uses a Volvo five-cylinder engine. So I doubt the next Taurus will use the d-platform.
