The only reason that i can think of why someone would use gold is to reflect heat or in electrical.

induction plate, not 100% sure, but I believe it is the part of the car that brings the 70 or so volts off the alternator down to 12 volts by converting the excess energy into heat which then radiates away from the car. Pure gold is the universes best conductor, so to make the heat radiating part of it gold would enhance the thermal rate of heat dissipation, this allows you to use a smaller lighter weight heat sink (at least that is my somewhat educated guess)

it's fast, it's high tech and it's ugly like hell. i think i'd feel vrey silly driving one of the fastest cars, and the car is looking like .. i really can't find the word. it's the same story like with the enzo. the best ferarri but... looks like a rats ass. if i pay that amount of money i wanna look good in it too.
