Last week we were treated to all the fine details and images of the BMW 7-Series, unfortunately for BMW they came a little earlier than expected after initial images leaked to the net ahead of the embargo. The official presentation had been expected to commence on the 7th July giving the unveiling a corny date of the 7th day of the 7th month, but it eventually came one day later on the 8th in an extravagant ceremony on the Red Square of Moscow.
400 international guests were invited to the event, the 7-Series was housed inside a huge hourglass hidden by more than 180,000 shiny balls which gradually fell revealing the all-new model in its full glory.
Full details and a video of the new BMW 7-Series can be found here.
