Tesla Announces Model S All-Electric Sedan

with the way gas prices are lately, an s (s implying sport) model is exactly what we need

If they ever get the Tesla Roadster into producton I can see a sedan being a reality. But the only news as of late has bee about delays. As much as I'd like to see this company get on the road it's hard not to be skeptical. They could have at least teased us with a concept drawing!

When they make a FIRST production car...THEN they can think about a followup.

I?m personally really excited for the roadster and for the subsequent Tesla electric cars. Not because I?m in anyway able to afford one, but because what they promise for the next decade in the auto-industry. It seems like with the Tesla there is finally a viable consumer base for these electric cars which really is the requirement for their success.
