There have been rumors going around for a while about a new Mazda Concept car being revealed at the Moscow International Automobile Salon in Russia, and today the Mazda confirms the rumors and has released the initial 3 sketches of the yet unnamed show car.
Mazda has been working on several ideas in their new design direction called Nagare, or 'flow', and this latest concept uses the 'crosswinds' theme. Mazda has not released any details except that the concept car will be a sporty, compact crossover SUV.
Russia is becoming an increasingly important market for the Japanese car manufacturer where the SUV segment covers almost 20% of the entire car market. The Moscow Auto Show will kick off for the press this August 26 and Mazda will have their press release at 10:15 local time.
