VW Shows Limited Polo S04 Edition

In an effort to drum up excitement and momentum going into the season opener for German team, FC Schalke 04, title sponsor Volkswagen has put together a limited Polo model called the S04-Edition. Wearing the blue/white/gray team colors, only 100 of these will be produced. It features S04 logos and insignia on the entry sills, headrests, liftgate and steering wheel containing 0/100 serial production numbers. Other details include 16-inch Varano rims with 205/45 size tires, electronic stability program (ESP) and tinted side and rear windows. The S04 Edition will makes its public debut on July 20, 2008 (aka “Schalke Day”) to the tune of 100,000 visitors in the Veltins arena in Gelsenkirchen.
