Just after the next VI generation VW Golf makes its first public appearance at the Paris motor show later this year, the revised Golf Plus, the current Golf’s most popular derivative, is expected to follow shortly at the Bologna motor show wearing a facelifted front end following the design of the new Golf. Spy photographers snapped the prototype of the facelifted Golf Plus cruising along mountain roads in Switzerland, and clearly visible despite the disguise is the evolutionary re-designed front end with modified air-intakes and newly-shaped headlights. While it doesn't appear there will be any changes to the rear of the car, engines will be upgraded with direct injection variants as well as the interior updated.
