no they don't. they have different engine sizes (from something like 1.6 to 4.2 litres), and of course they import the ones that suit the market.

the bumpers are usually made slightly larger for the U.S. market because of different safety regulations.

The designs of bumpers are already taken into all market regulations/laws... they aren't gonna adapt another version just for a certain market. However, one notable revision for US models from EU cars can be seen from the yellow colouring of turning indicator lights as well as an additional side indicator light (in yellow) either on the bumper or on the side mirror. European cars (same models) usually have their indicator lights white with a yellow globe.

it's strange that they put those chrome strips on the (in the US) useless number plate section. the grill design would look more coherent without them

yeah, although I like the glossy plate panel. US numberplates aren't the same shape as the EU ones so I guess the chrome strips would make it look somewhat better (or not).

Audi are already competing with the likes of BMW and Merc in all segments, Audi sales have surpassed Merc sales, and are trailing closely behind those of BMW. Watch out BMW, Audi are coming to get yaaa

A4s for $28,000? A stripper 328 or C300 is $33K! If they keep this up, they might just be number 1 after all.

I don't know what you're talking about with them not having premium service. That's actually one of the best parts of the company. They'll take you in right away, always either give you a loaner, or rental. And treat you pretty good. My friend own's a Bimmer, and I know for a fact that he does not feel the same about them.

Nowadays, most Audi car designs are brilliant. It's a pity that certain people simply deny it, even though they know that Audi is in the same ring as BMW and Merc!!! Overall, a formidable rival for BMW and Merc.

Trust me on this one, Audi service can not be on the same level as BMW service. We have people in SAcomplaining alot about their Turbo failures. Once that happens your either start killing ants (walking) or hire a car coz they take long in importing their spares. Can you honestly call this being efficient.

I've been running Audi Turbos for years without a failure, my 5000 TQ had 270k
when I sold it to a kid down the street, he drove it for two more years driving like a kid and the car held up fine. Back when the sludge problem came up turbos failed on car that didn't have oil changed for 10k plus miles but thats understandable. My dealer sells BMW and Audi and sees little difference in the service department between the two in recent years. I drive both an Audi and a BMW, I love both cars for different reasons, when the weather is anything other than sunny I'm in the Audi, nothing comes close when you need all 4 tires to push and pull on wet or snowy roads! I can't count the times my S4 got me home when other cars could not.
