Loder1899 has made its name (fine) tuning Ford Group vehicles, and even though Jaguar is now under Tata control Max and Julia Loder are still happy to oblige Jaguar fans with their tuning kits. This time the German tuning house took receipt of the new sedan and worked their magic.

Loder1899 started with a body kit consisting of a new front spoiler, boot spoiler and rear diffuser accentuating the sporty character of the Jaguar XF. Loder1899 also lowered the XF by 35 mm giving it both a faster appeal as well as a lower center of gravity. The look is finished with 20 or 21 inch wheels, pictured are 21 inch silver 'Hollow Spoke' wheels.

But the tuning does not stop with just aesthetics, Loder1899 also bumps up power output thanks to a new motor management system. The 2.7 liter TDV6 engine now produced 249 hp instead of the factory spec 207 hp, torque is increased to maximum 522 Nm at 3,850 rpm from 435 Nm at 4,000 rpm.

The whole kit costs about Euro 8,000 in Germany excluding taxes, assembly and painting.

Loder1899 makes the Jaguar XF purr

The Indian Siam cat is a beautiful and graceful cat that attracts attention by means of her typical, loud voice. Her elegant body language renders her walk smooth and lofty. Sometimes the Siam cat is described as being arrogant and inapproachable. If this is really the case, is in the eye of the beholder. Actually she is the very opposite – a playful kitten that only wants to be entertained.

More elegance and horsepower for the Bavarian kitten
The Jaguar XF has a very vivacious temperament as well and thus has received the ideal toys from Loder1899. The body styling kit, consisting of an elegant front spoiler, an extravagant rear spoiler and a fancy rear apron spoiler, provides the Jaguar with the grace and aerodynamic body line of an athletic race cat. Thanks to the Loder1899 lowering kit (-35mm), the noble limousine appears optically smarter and faster. The sporty motor management enables a performance increase from 207 to 249 hp. Hence, the Jaguar is able to shake off other fast cats easily. Loder1899 equips the Jaguar with classical, selected wheel/tire combinations, which are the cat’s perfect paw-wear.

All further information and any enquries will be gladly dealt with by our competent experts on the first fair day at the Loder1899/Vredestein booth, (A1-304). Or contact Loder1899 directly at www.loder1899.de.

I don't really like the front lip, a simpler design would suit this car better and I'm not sure about the wheel design either, but I really like the car and the rear looks stunning. Oh, wait the rear isn't modified. I love the car, I hate the kit. Sorry Loder :)

I'd have the faux diffuser and bott spoiler and they can keep the rest. But then I think I'd rather wait to see what the Arden XK AJ21 looks like when released.
