The D-SCK looks better, if still a little samey as all the other mid-engined car concepts we see on here weekly.

the D-SCK is lower and more lithe, plus it looks less like a conglomoration of mercedes parts, but the GTK is more agressive. As a Mercedes maybe the GTK would be best but as an independent the D-SCK wins.

It looks like a mid-engine-sportscar... I like the organic and edged designshapes. The head- and taillights of Mercedes CLS fit the car in an awesome fresh way. This is really a sports-GTCR ^^: a Grand Tourism Compact Racer! I really want to drive this car.
