It's getting annoying the way they're delaying the release of this renewed 997 over and over again! Could be that they aren't fixed with the new DI boxers' setup. On another note, even if offtopic, how come there isn't any leaks or explicit spypics of the imminent new 7-series BMW yet?

It's about time Porsche dumped those slush-clutches in favour of electrically operated units. This will undoubtedly put the AWD 911s on an entirely different level.

The Haldex system with 32-bit proprietary controller will be incredible! And I can't wait to hear a turbo DI flat-6. It'll prolly give goose-bumps.

Yeah, it should feel more like a true RWD car but, to me, the real 911's are the Carrera S (style) and GT3 (handling/performance) versions. And with DI these naturally aspirated magnificent engines will only sing better (yet).
