makes the DB9 and DBS even more pointless if there's a Vantage that beats them.... weird marketing

it clearly states it's a limited edition while db9's are normal production
otherwise it looks fantastic, but is more than twice as expensive as the vette zr1, then again collector car vs production car

I cannot believe you put vette and aston in the same sentence. They are not even in the same class, one is a luxury sports car that is handcrafted and well the vette is none of that. If you only care about the cubic in of your engine and how much gas it can suck go for the vette, but the aston is the real deal everything clicks, interior, exterior, sound, performance, unlimited paint colour choices and interior colours. It truly is a great car whereas the vette is a kindersurprise car GM just threw together at the last minute and its easy to see when you sit inside it or look at the orange peel on the paint. I know the GM fanboys will be angry, but there is nothing impressive about the ZR1, waste of $ when you can get a 6 month old Z06 for 60K which for 20K can be made faster than the ZR1.

Really heavy for such a small car, 3500lbs. BUT who really cares it looks absolutely gorgeous, except for the colour which i don't fancy.

The wheel arches (especially at the front) would suck, this looks unbalanced and makes the wheels look all too small. Sure, it's been lowered and stuff, but then it's not a post-production tuned car, is it?

That's great !! but why current DBS is only available with manual transmission ??

Their not targeting the older generation with the vantage. for prestige and extravagance you buy a DB9. This will go into limited production thus meaning that it will not be a direct competitor to AM's DB9.
