The launch of the new Ford Kuga crossover SUV is almost upon us, production has started and today Ford released a short video of the new 134 hp Kuga.
Ford is planning to build 45.000 units this year, about 10% of the production capacity of the Saarlouis Plant in Germany where Ford also builds the new Focus and C-Max.
"Kuga offers a rare blend of a wagon and SUV features together with coupé-like sporting qualities," said Stephen Odell, Vice President for Marketing, Sales and Service, Ford of Europe.

In terms of exterior styling, it looks like Ford are trying to exploit the formula of success that Hyundai doscovered with the Santa Fe. Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying that it looks the same way, it's just a matter of approach.
Those roads remind me of Finland and the 1001 lakes rally. Nice little SUV.
1000 lakes instead, must be the cadence of the video footage that made me think of the 1001 nights for awhile lol Damn advertisement executive perverts.......
