I absolutely agree with kattanh3 (too good to be true)!! and I don't think this car could be compared to the Atom since it is a proper car (with doors atleast)...

No reason to suggest they will deliver. The world is awash with people who can draw cars, but few make it to production. The Caparo hasn't yet before this chap is on to the next pipe dream. I hope it does make it, but I won't be holding my breath.
