I hope it's a great success. Autoexpress have just declared it better than BMW 5 series or Mercedes E-class in a road test. The only medium executive saloon that is anywhere near as attractive is the CLS... Go Jaguar!

Without Ford there would be no XF, and whatever were instead it wouldn't handle like the XF does. Unless BMW was the boss.

I just saw one on in the Natick service area on the Massachusetts turnpike. It had NJ manufacturer plates (Jag's US HQ is in Mahwah, NJ). It looks FABULOUS in person. Pics do not justify this car!

It looks very Aston from the front and the back, but from the side its an exact replica of the Lexus GS !!!!!

Actually Ian Callum designed the Aston DB7 and the Vanquish as well, so I never understood how they came up with such an impersonal shape, in dire contrast with the splendid contemporary interior. And 20" wheels are too big on that car, especially with basic suspension settings.
