well if u gyus take a look at the other pictures here,u will see a picture of the car in corner. so i guess it can turn just like M7.

The 722GT is a pure track car; it is not even road legal! Over the normal SLR (and 722), it has had improvements made to nearly every race-relevant system (suspension, braking, steering, tires, etc.)and did away with the irrelevant ones. I don't imagine AMG would let it rolls off the production line without thorough testing -- which includes cornering ability.
