Evidently, your opinions of South Africa matter as little as ours of yours (personally). The Cadillac STS in South Africa is very well priced. It is priced below the BMW and Merc counterparts, ... and this above all as a full import. We are not very fond of American cars because of build quality issues. As for affordability, this writer has an S Class (2008), an X5, two C-Class, a 5 Series, and has an R-8 on order ... all without being an Aristocrat, Politician, or warlord ... Finally, have you actually been to South Africa? I've been everywhere o the planet except the Middle East and Australasia. Anecdote:- There are few places on the planet that are not really shaken up by the Sub-Prime crisis ... South Africa is one of them.
