How dare the Ameircans try to make money abroad? Ummmm, how about GM not make a RHD vehicle that has limited appeal? The rest of the world is not lusting after inefficient V8 gas guzzlers. Doesn't matter how many Americans like them, the rest of theworld has higher build quality and efficiency standards.
