There is no such company as Audi UK. I believe the Uk operation to be a division of Audi AG.

You moron of course there is a company called Audi UK, it's the name of their British head office based near Milton Keynes or somewhere equally uninspiring. I'm a marketing manager, trust me it exists.

Check your facts. Audi in the UK is represented through Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, whose only shareholder is Volkswagen Beteiligungs GMBH, whose only shareholder is Volkswagen AG. So I am unsure what the OP is talking about.

Bristol411s3 you are a muppet. Audi UK is a company. Audi AG is an manufacturer, Audi UK is an importer.

I don't think they will reintroduce quattro. A5/S5 is their vison of the XXI century quattro coupe.

Audi UK or not, the Ur-quattro is a perfect car! BTW, it's not Uhr- but Ur-. They've misspelled the word in the summary.

There won't be another Quattro model as quattro as a technology is the hallmark of the brand as a whole and is available on all models. As for Audi in the UK, Audi UK would indeed exist, but it would be a division of VOLKSWAGEN Group United Kingdom Ltd, as it doesn't appear on the Volkswagen AG page as a separate entity. Audi does operate some of it's importers separately (Audi Australia and Audi Japan are examples) but not the UK division.

That is my beliefe also. In which case I am unsure how you can have a "Audi UK shareholder" if it isn't a limited company - could the OP explain?

this is juvenile. there is an "entity" that operates in the UK, that SELLS and SERVICES Audi vehicles, under the auspices of Volkswagen of Germany! Do you understand? Or are you going to accuse me of applying misnomers well?

Thank you for stating something I think we know. Maybe, with your knowledge, you can clarify what the OP is stating about the car's owner...?

i would not even waste my precious time adding the owner of this vehicle to my vast knowledge base. i would rather waste it replying to these silly posts. Just kidding. by the way, if you are on the other side of the pond, shouln't you be working. cheers!

Its a well known story in Audi dealer circles that some muppet forgot to register a car in time, year end deadline for a Euro 1 or 2 as the case may be. When they tried to register it in the new year, it was refused. Therefore a car that can never be registered or sold, hence the above. Mucho egg on someones face!!! BTW, Audi UK, never heard of them..........
