Unfortunately that's the market here, old tecnology and exorbitant prices. But this car is cheaper than the equivalent from other manufacturers.

scorpio in india sells for 16000 usd so i'm surprised about the 48000 usd price tag!!!

Yes, Leo. But those cars are fugly and I hope they don't sell many cars. And GM will sell here the Mexican Captiva, which is a thousand light years better than Mahindras, and costing around R$ 100,000 (US$ 55,000). Yeah people... definitely prices here in Brazil reach the stars.

but still interestingly indian auto manufactureres have developed hugely, they are buying know auto makers, and opening new factories, i just admire and envy it..
