Today Honda released a little teaser video to accompany yesterday's initial detail shots of the new Honda Accord Tourer. Honda supplied us with a behind the scenes video of that very photo shoot.

It has only been a few months since Honda showed the world their latest take on the Accord Tourer, and response must have been overwhelming. Honda took it upon themselves to rush the Honda Accord Tourer Concept through its testing and development processes in order to be able to premiere it at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.

it seems it's not going to differ much from the current model, but with the usage of the cues from the concept

The model seems so far far ... away from the concept Sports4 they advertized for the new Accord ... too bad ... Just see the concept here and see how far away from this the new model is : http://world.honda.com/Tokyo2005/sports4/

wow. An accord wagon. Earth-shattering. I remember the Accord wagons of the late 80s through the 90s. They were solid, efficient, handy - but didn't have a "WOW" factor. [yawn] At least this time around, Honda has added a little bling. They will sell lots of them (probably cannibalizing some Odyssey sales). At least the concept should be more fuel efficient than a Pilot and most other SUVs. Good move.
