New Ford Ka Most Revealing Spy Photos Yet

Ford 500

While most of the carparazzi are freezing in the north of Scandinavia, Ford seizes the opportunity to do some testing on their new Ford Ka in Sourthern Europe. But fear not, the carparazzi are everywhere, resulting in the clearest photos yet of the new Ka, and without its buggley-eyes.

The new Ford Ka is based on the Fiat 500 frame and built in the same Polish factory as the Fiat 500. Yet there will be major differences between the two cars, firstly the Ford will be a lot more modern with Ford's new kinetic design already featured on the new S-Max and Mondeo.

Then again, there will also be plenty of similarities, like the engine choice. On top of the regular engines, Fiat has Abarth working on two high spec versions, the Abarth and Abarth SS, and we know that Ford will definately release an ST version and it stands to reason that there will also be a Ka RS.

I must say I like this one more than the Fiat 500, which is in my opinion just too much show and too little substance. The Fork Ka seems to be more down-to-earth than itÂ´s sibling car!

The 1st generation was a real fun to drive, I hope this one will be no less. I also can't wait to see how the s-max front will work in this car, but i think this is going to be preety cute.

i don't know why this car is not beautiful at all ... but FIAT 500 is much pretier and ... better

I donÂ´t think so, Fiat 500 has pretty style, is pretty on the surface, but no space for more than 2 persons. And I guess the F500Â´s prettieness will age pretty soon ...

Have you seen the new 500 in person. It actually has more rear leg room than the new Mini! And the new Mini is one whole segment bigger than the 500. Of coz, a A-Segment car like the new 500 doesn't have enough space for two male adults at back. But the new 500 has one of the best packaging in the industry! You really should try some of the other three-door A-Segment car before judging the rear leg room of the new 500!

If you look closely you can see it's going to definitely get a mini S-Max look. Disappointing as the KA deserves a unique look.

You are right, the first one started a new age for Ford and it's design language, and this one is only a copycat of the s-max (which by the way started the kinetic design language), still i think if it will be done right, it might look preety nice.
