$62,500 for an M3? That's a steal! They retail for roughly £55,000 over here. How do car companies get away with that?

We have the same price problem in Canada. Americans, 60km south of Montreal, pay less for Honda and Toyota cars, some of which are made in Canada, than Canadians. Guess it has to do with the weak US$

exactly! its so unfair. $62k= £31k= BMW 325 Ci M Sport, not an M3!!

The price difference between the US and the UK is mainly because of something they call "TAX".. They pay "a lot" for it, and thats the main reason.

Sub39. I think cars are generally cheaper in the USA because of the weak US$. Honda and Toyota cars are cheaper in the USA than Canada even when they are made in Canada. It's creating a lot of anger here. USA is often less than 60KM south of here.
