Why isn't this car in the Ford museum? Is ford really this desperate for $? If they don't already own this car they should buy it and put it away in their museum, its only right.

ford is definitely desperate for money
however... if they want to do better in northamerica... they should seriously consider bringing in their European models over here... ive seen them quite a bit while i was there and i wasn't much of a ford fan until now

I have to agree with carcrazy1234 it is pitiful that an American car company makes more models in the UK than the US. This is one of the reasons why I don't like the US and I live in Texas. I mean we don't get any good cars anymore that is the reason I am going to move to the Britain after college.

We used to back in the day and it was known as the Contour, now we dont get it at all, closest thing we have is the Focus which is an ugly POS.

as for the mustang maybe I'm just ignorant but what does the 1/2 mean? Is it half a mustang?

I think its 1964.5 as in it was a pre 1965 which im guessing was the first publicly available mustang year.
