How sad. Looks so good too, very bold for a Volvo.

I looks like Ford hasn't do anything but destroying its own brands. Jaguar, Land Rover, Lincoln and Mercury are perfect examples. Probably in couple of years Volvo will follow.

Shame there will be all those other SUVs- for a second I thought they'd given up on the Showoff Upyours Vehicle segment

Good decision for the time being. However, Volvo must invest more for better fuel consumption such as hybrid, dual clutch gear box etc. as long as they keep producing current XC90 even without plan to give it better face. Though safety is their core value, environmental care is also a wider meaning of safety which is impossible for them to ignore.

Maybe Volvo can promote its other core, the wagon, they are great and all they need is a cool marketing AKA Mini and the numbers would grow. who needs an SUV anyway

Oh my god! Did Ford did a strategic plan for Volvo? Why aren't they thought Volvo's XC90 future plans? If that happens, it's gonna be like the Volvo 850 becomes S70 for more than 10 years design.
