Ugly!!!! Porsche 911 GT2 is 3.4 seconds 0-100km. This is 3.5 seconds which is Still slower. The new 911 gt2 is already in the works and is expected to have a 3.0 seconds 0-60mph. n its faster around a track n looks better and has way more features, technology, safety, and quality. (of course)

silversedanman - You really should check your facts, the 911 GT2 does 0-100kph in 3.7 seconds making it SLOWER than the GT2. That doesn't even take into account the massive $110,000 extra you will have to fork out.So why not put it up against a 911 in a similar price range then try putting your argument forward

so you see...i it coudn't beat the carrera gt! true, it does beat the turbo around the ring, but it cant come near a carrera gt, or a gt2 for that matter.

awesome car, similarly priced GT-R makes the dodge viper looks like crap with POS interior and a gear box that seems to be out of a 18th century railroad junction. with pricing being same, one has gotta be really stupid to buy a inferior low quality viper over the GT-R. There is a simple reason for it. Viper is simply a drop dead gorgeous car and it has engine that you can mod to a crazy end. On the other hand...how far can you push a GT-R V6 already with twin turbos to? Give me a break. GT-R has a ridiculous styling for $70K. Rather buy a 350Z. Infact 350 looks better.

The GT-R looks dull, uninspired, unoriginal car like its predecessor. Imo, its lacking style and a personal identity. The front looks like a mitsubishi galant and the body like a porsche. It lacks sexy lines and looks very generic- like the Lexus IS-F.

A German car this capable would cost about 40% more and would be about 50% LESS reliable. Those German car fans should realize that they are paying through their nose for the 3 month long paid vacation of the German employees and their free health and education when they pay their crazy prices for an inferior product. I have had German cars in the past and will never make that mistake again. The GT-R is going to cause the European car makers to have many sleepless nights and nightmares of beast that is devouring their overpriced pretty little cars like a demon from the East.

Yet, another intelligent post from "silversedanman," a guy that "used," to have an M3. Got to question the age on this guy based on his numerous comical posts.

Victims of propaganda. Japanese "cars" are not more reliable than german, and I wonder how you people can talk about the qualitiy of this car.

Fact "German cars are more reliable than Japanese cars" but i respect Japanese car manufacturers as they are competing strongly with their German rivals with nearly 1/3 the price. To be more clear Nissan is making GTR with 1/3 the price of its German rivals and "nearly" the same performance. In order to make something clear "Porsche website the new GT2 0-60 in 3.6s" http://www.porsche.com/microsite/911gt2/usa.aspx If price is out of the equation then no wonder German cars are much better. If u had to choose between a Nissan GTR and a Porsche GT2 with the same price which will u pick?????? My guess is that u will choose the Porsche

Porsche GT2 tiptronic does in 3.4 while manual does it in 3.7.
