The Lexus IS-F gets down and dirty at the PR driving event held at the Fuji Speedway in Japan. The video shows some nice static shots, clearly audible engine revving sounds as well as high speed cornering. Packing a 423hp (3hp more than the new BMW M3) 5.0 liter V8 an observant Autospies.com reader notices the speedometer at 240km/h (149mph) in 6th gear. The IS-F has the world's first 8-Speed Sport Direct Shift transmission, therefore, with two more gears to go, what do you suppose is the top speed?  We will find out when Lexus reveals the full details at its public unveiling at the Tokyo Motor Show in a couple of weeks.

m3 seeks and destroys this monstrosity around a track.

People like Silversedanman. You make such silly comments. People like you just don't like Japanese cars.

Don't know why clowns like "silversedanman," post here if he has negative things to say. Doubt this guy even owns or has driven an M3 before.

This car is really nice and will be good competition for C63, M3, RS4, but I have two complaints. The side vent behind the front wheels is hideous and their is no option for a manual transmission. I know that the auto might be faster, but I still enjoy drive a stick.

Key word "used to," you just made the BMW community look bad with most of your comments throughout the forum. By the way, I also own an e46 m3 zcp and other cars as well. A true enthusiast don't descriminate. I'm sure you know that.
