When Ford can build cars like they do in Europe for the USA market then they will succeed. That boring looking buick that is the new jag will not be a winner. Look Buick cannot sell cars so why should putting a Jag badge on one make any difference!

British automakers need to pull up their socks, instead of getting bought and sold by whoever can toss cash at them they need to grow from within. They need to develop their own products, and grow at their own pace!

The sad thing in the automobile market is you cannot grow at your own pace.Its fine to devolope your own products but if you grow at your own pace you will be behind in the auto market and out sold.The market dictates what will sell and what will not.If you haven't designed the automobile the market calls for you lost a sale to someone else.
