Just last week Jaguar revealed the all-new Jaguar XF sedan and just a few days later spy photographers caught this test mule of the highest performance version to be called, XF-R. Looking quite Frankenstein, this crude test mule uses the body of an S-Type but receives a front clip transplant from the XF which is ironically still covered in camouflage. Given away by the four exhaust pipes, massive wheels with lo-profile tires, cross-drilled brake disks and an entourage of XK-R coupes following behind, the 4.2 liter supercharged V8 most likely lies beneath. The XF sedan is now available for order in Europe and U.S. pricing will be announced in November with deliveries starting in March 2008. The XF-R should follow a year later.
