Since I have a thing for sporting wagons, Carscoops makes my day with photos of the soon to be unveiled Mercedes C 63 AMG wagon. Back in May we brought you spy photos of the C 63 AMG wagon looking evil. With little difference from the C 63 AMG sedan except for a bigger booty, the wagon has the same 457 hp 6.2 liter V8 and thunders from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.6 sec which is 0.1sec slower than the sedan and tops out at the electronically limited 250 km/h (155 mph). Hopefully official details will arrive in the following days ahead of its release in Frankfurt. For the time being, head over to Carscoops for more photos.

this is the best wagon car ever made in the world.
Looks mean, and with the 6.2 liter V8 under the hood it's nothing short of mean! Definitely nicer than the E55/E63 AMG!
Mercedes would have no chance if it wasn't for the AMG engineers.Still, it's a 6.3 lt engine and only 457bhp. Pretty lame. Auto Motor und Sport sais it handles preety bad. Look at the tests people, there are plenty on youtube. Look at all comparing tests Audi-Mercedes-BMW. We all know who the winner is.Why is it the best wagon in the world?I really can't find arguments for that.
bmw boy, WHERE DID AMG ORIGINATE FROM, HUH??, the answer is three MERCEDES-BENZ engineers in 1967-even today they are fully, obviously, MERCEDES-BENZ trained, first read Mercedes' history and then carry on your convo. And by the way it is 457hp because it is NATURALLY-ASPIRATED, no need for more power - this is more than ample for a car of this size, but this engine in full form is capable of 525hp (CL, S 63) and proven for the most powerful V8-natural in the world, is that enough for your doubts.........
