they could use the newest generation for that mission. couldn't they ?

They skipped a step, should have tuned the V8 first, the new engine to say 500bhp, then the V10 later. Now they have to top the 550bhp on the next CSL.Talk of outdoing oneself.

This car tops all other new competition coming from AMG or RS-models. And still, it's the old model, that frankly looks better. The CSL model is related to the original M3 V8 model. This is a car tuned by a house tuner. It doesn't mean the future CSL should be more powerful than this E46 model. Hamann could make tomorrow A 600 hp car. It's a tuned model. The CSL doesn't relates to this car.
